1. Service owner

Integrity Trace ("Integrity Trace", "the Platform", "we") provides the service available at https://integritytrace.ai. The owner's full identification details (company name, tax ID and registered address) will be available upon incorporation of the company, currently being formed. For any communication: contact@integritytrace.ai.

2. Purpose

Integrity Trace is a tool for analyzing the reputation of companies in artificial intelligence assistants (such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT or Grok), based on public information. The service produces reports describing what those assistants say about a company and which sources they rely on.

3. Registration and account

• The service is intended for professional use. You must be of legal age and have the capacity to contract.
• You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your access credentials safe.
• A single account may analyze several companies (e.g. an agency and its clients).

4. Acceptable use

• You declare that you use the service lawfully and that you have a legitimate basis for the information you submit.
• You may analyze any company — your own, a client's, a competitor's or any third-party organization — because the analysis relies solely on publicly available information about companies and their commercial activity.
• The service analyzes companies and commercial activity from public data. It is not intended for the surveillance of private individuals in their personal sphere; do not submit a person's name as the subject of a report.
• Any unlawful, defamatory or harassing use, reverse engineering, system overloading or unauthorized resale of the service is prohibited.

5. Reports

• We offer a free report (limited, one per account) and a paid full report.
• Reports are based on answers from third-party AI systems which may be inaccurate, incomplete or change over time. They are for information purposes and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

6. Prices and payment

Prices and payment methods are stated at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes (VAT). (Payment gateway pending activation.)

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, the brand and the report format are owned by Integrity Trace. You are granted a license to use them for your activity. Public third-party content cited in the reports belongs to its respective owners.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Integrity Trace does not guarantee the accuracy of the analyzed AI systems' answers and is not responsible for decisions you make based on the reports. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel and delete your account and your data at any time from your profile.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of substantial changes and, where appropriate, ask for your renewed consent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence are competent; in all other cases, those of the owner's registered address.
