1. Data controller

Integrity Trace (https://integritytrace.ai). The controller's full identification details will be available upon incorporation of the company (being formed). Privacy contact: contact@integritytrace.ai.

2. What data we process

• Your account: email, name and organization label (optional), password (stored encrypted), notification preferences, a record of your consent (version and date) and technical data (IP address, access logs, session cookies).
• The companies you analyze: the name, domains, facts and message you provide, and the public content captured from the AI assistants and the sources they cite.
• Payment (when activated): billing details, handled by the payment provider.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service and managing your account and reports — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending you notices about your reports and the service — consent (art. 6.1.a) or performance of the contract.
• Invoicing and accounting/tax obligations — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
• Security, abuse prevention and service improvement — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

4. Retention

We keep your data while you hold an account and, after cancellation, for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations (e.g. invoicing). You can request erasure at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: hosting and infrastructure (OVH, EU), payment gateway (Stripe) and email services. To generate the reports, the service queries third-party AI assistants (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Grok); those queries concern the analyzed companies (public data), not your personal account data. We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by adequate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses or recognized adequacy frameworks).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. From your profile you can export your data and delete your account; you can also write to contact@integritytrace.ai. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control and backups) to protect your data.

9. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies for session and security. See the details in our Cookie Policy. If we ever add analytics or third-party cookies, we will ask for your prior consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we will publish the current version together with its date.
